Summary/Objective:
The Campus Operations Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operation of the mailroom and all its related activities. This role ensures the timely distribution of deliveries, maintains organized mailroom systems, and assists with various operational and facility-related tasks as needed.

Summary/Objective:
The Campus Operations Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operation of the mailroom and all its related activities. This role ensures the timely distribution of deliveries, maintains organized mailroom systems, and assists with various operational and facility-related tasks as needed.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Receive, sort, and process all incoming mail.
- Sort and separate mail for all Academy campus buildings for delivery and pickup.
- Delivery and pick up of mail, dry cleaning, e-waste, magnetometers, beverages, etc., at other Academy campus buildings.
- Assist with managing and controlling the inventory of mailroom and office supplies and ordering when needed.
- Restock paper and office supplies.
- Assist the People and Culture department with employee-wide distribution.
- Assist with invoice processing.
- Assist with operational projects, day-to-day facility needs, and other tasks as needed.
Required Competencies:
- A valid California driver’s license is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a mailroom or similar high-volume distribution environment, including familiarity with standard mailroom equipment (e.g., addressing machines, sorters, and folders).
- Ability to discreetly and tactfully recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Must be efficient and detail-oriented.
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to work with all levels of personnel, Academy members, and the public.
- Work experience using a variety of computer software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for periods of more than 2 hours.
- Ability to move and transport a maximum of 50 pounds.
- This position may require the ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, and bending.
